Chances Make Champions — Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your gear! If something isn't quite right, we are here to help you get sorted out. Please review our policy guidelines below:

Eligibility Requirements

 Timeframe: Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.

 Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

 Tags: All original hangtags and labels must still be attached to the item.

Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

 Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returns and exchanges.

 We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For quality and safety reasons, items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or are missing their original tags will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer's expense.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1. Contact our support team at [cmc@chancesmakechampions.store] with your order number, whether you are looking for a return or an exchange, and the item(s) you want to send back.

2. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to ship your package.

3. Pack your items securely with all original tags attached and mail them to the provided address.

Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment, or your replacement item (for exchanges) will be shipped out.
