Chances Make Champions — Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Chances Make Champions! We strive to get your gear packed and sent out to you as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our fulfillment timeframes and delivery procedures.

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment Time

 Please allow up to 1 week (7 business days) for your order to be processed, quality-checked, and prepared for shipment after it is placed.

 Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and major holidays).

 Once your order has been packed and leaves our facility, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.  

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping speed.  

 Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery takes an additional 3 to 7 business days after the initial 1-week processing window.  

 Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.  

3. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

 Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

 If you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at [Your Support Email]. If your order has already been processed or shipped, Chances Make Champions is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

 Chances Make Champions is not liable for packages lost or stolen while in transit with the carrier. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please reach out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim.
